"Still a Nice Visit, Even With a Little Rain"
There’s plenty to do indoors, so a bit of rain doesn’t ruin the day. Just use common sense and wear shoes you don’t mind getting muddy, because the paths can get messy when it’s wet.

"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
The site was straightforward to use. I was able to find tickets and directions without much trouble, which I appreciated. To be fair, a few pages do feel a little cluttered, but overall it’s laid out well enough and gets the job done.

"Had a really lovely day at…"
Had a really lovely day at Willows. It was busy, lots going on, kids running everywhere... but the staff were still so friendly and helpful. One lady in particular helped us find the tractor ride, and she was just really kind with the kids. Little things like that make the day feel so much easier. We left happy

"Fun day out, just a bit of waiting"
The kids had a great time feeding the goats, which was definitely the highlight for them. The queues were a bit longer than we expected, but it didn’t ruin the day. Weirdly, I still remember one goat chewing on the edge of a map someone dropped like it was the best snack ever.

"Felt really safe taking the kids"
I took my two kids and felt really comfortable the whole time. There were staff around keeping an eye on things, and the rides and play areas looked clean and well maintained. It was busy, but everything still felt organised. The kids had a great time, and I wasn’t constantly stressing, which is a big win for me

"A really easy, relaxed day out"
We ended up spending about 5 hours there, and it felt like the perfect amount of time. I remember thinking how nice it was not to be rushing from one thing to the next for once. There was plenty to keep the kids busy, but we still had time to stop, have little breaks, and just enjoy the day. We didn’t see absolutely everything, but we got around most of it and left feeling happy rather than worn out

"Really easy to book and no hassle"
Booked our tickets online and it was all really straightforward, the email came through pretty much straight away and we just showed it when we arrived, no faffing around or standing in a long queue which made a big difference with the kids, would definitely use again.

"Surprisingly Useful, More or Less"
The opening times were actually correct, which was a nice surprise. The prices were close enough too, though not quite what I’d call perfectly accurate. Still, for something that could’ve been totally off, it did a decent job.

"Gift shop was kind of disappointing"
We stopped in after our visit, and I was hoping it’d be a nice way to wrap things up, but honestly, well, at first I thought maybe it was just busy, but no, it really felt disappointing. The shelves were all over the place, the prices seemed higher than expected, and when I asked a simple question, the staff member acted like I was bothering them. I usually like browsing gift shops, but this one just wasn’t great.

"Pretty much proved me right"
I had a feeling this would be a hit with different ages, and yep, it totally was. The toddlers were into it, and the older kids ended up loving it too. Definitely one of those purchases that made me think, “I knew this would work.”

"Felt a Bit Too Pricey for What You Get"
I felt like the activities were a bit limited for the price. There just wasn’t as much to do as I expected, especially considering what we paid. I kept thinking there would be more options, but it felt a little lacking. For the cost, I really expected more variety, more activities, just more overall.

Went with our baby and the changing facilities were okay. I kind of assumed a family-friendly place would have a really decent setup, but it was basic. They were easy enough to find, though one spot felt a bit tight and I immediately thought it could use a better clean. We managed in the end, but I was expecting a little more

"We went for the Halloween event and…"
We went for the Halloween event and had a really nice time. The kids absolutely loved all the pumpkins and the shows were great too. It did get a bit busy in a few spots, and the food queues were slow, but nothing that ruined the day. Overall, a fun day out and definitely worth going for the Halloween atmosphere...

We had a really good birthday party here, and the kids had an absolute blast. Booking was simple and stress-free, which made the whole thing feel easy from the start. The staff seemed a little rushed at times because it was busy, but they were still friendly and kept things moving. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d feel confident recommending it for a kids’ party.

"Nice day out, but the food options could be better"
We had a nice day out overall, but the food and drink situation wasn’t the best, haha. The queues were long and there wasn’t loads of choice unless you just wanted the usual chips or snacky bits. Drinks felt a bit pricey too. The kids ended up hungry again not long after, which wasn’t ideal. For the price of the day out, I was expecting a little better, or at least a bit more variety

"We took our 6 and 8..."
We took our 6 and 8 year old, and it ended up being more educational than I thought it would be. They were really into seeing the animals up close, asking the staff loads of questions, and the signs around the farm were simple enough for them to read on their own, which was nice.

The only reason I wouldn’t quite give it 5 stars is that a few parts felt a bit busy and rushed, so we ended up missing some of the talks. But overall it was a lovely day out, and they came home repeating facts about goats and planting, so that’s a win, right?

"Nice enough for a picnic, but seats fill up fast"
It’s an okay spot for a picnic overall. The seating itself was fine, but it does get busy quickly, so you kind of have to grab a table when you see one. Also, random thought, the picnic tables could really use more shade because once the sun is out, it’s not the most comfortable place to sit for long
